Continuous development is an important and ongoing process in our team. That is why this year the second group of managers took part in a three-month course, the Arsenal of Tools for Successful Managers, to gain new knowledge and renew their competencies.
All of this will help them strengthen their teams and achieve their goals. They explored and discussed how to work with different personalities in a team, how to motivate, how to communicate and how to pick the best tools to be used in management. We would like to thank Darius Samuolis for his useful, informative and, most importantly, practically applicable content. We can’t wait to put what we’ve learned into practice in our daily work.
