A record-breaking project – we automated pricing and digitalized price labels at the Norfa XXL store in Vilnius!

🟠 Installed 15,000 Stellar electronic price labels.
🟠 Optimized labels sizes to four formats, ranging from 2.6 to 10.2 inches.
🟠 Designed and produced custom price rails tailored to the store’s shelving and colour scheme.
🟠 Integrated price management with the RASO Retail POS system.

“When a price is updated in the POS system, the information is sent to electronic tags with a slight delay. This prevents confusion if a customer sees one price on the shelf but a different one at checkout during a price change. For the store, it ensures optimal pricing control,” says Rokas Mažeika, our Chief Sales Officer.

“Electronic labels save us a huge amount of time. Before, we spent hours cutting, sorting, and placing paper labels. Two employees would work for hours to update prices several times a week. Now, everything is much faster and simpler with automation,” shares Virginija Novelskytė, Store Manager.

Red electronic shelf labels (ESL) indicate promotional prices, while white ESL show regular prices. Special food-safe electronic labels are used for fresh and weighed food items.
