Warm-Swap battery. The 4,250 mAh quick-release battery supports Warm-Swap operation, allowing it to be replaced without fully powering down the device. This helps maintain workflow continuity during longer shifts.

Latest Android 15 platform. The EA530 runs Android 15 and is planned to support upgrades through Android 17. A 2.2 GHz octa-core processor, 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of Flash storage provide responsive performance for business applications, while microSD expansion is supported up to 1 TB.

Professional 2D data capture. The integrated 2D scan engine supports a wide range of 1D and 2D barcode symbologies as well as OCR. An optional UHF RFID module adds tag-reading capability at distances of up to approximately 1.8 metres.

Rugged and durable. The EA530 is rated to IP65 and IP68, withstands drops from 1.5 metres, and up to 1.8 metres when fitted with a protective boot. The Corning Gorilla Glass display provides additional protection against everyday impact and wear.

Large 6-inch display. The 6-inch HD+ 720 × 1440 display offers 500 nits of brightness and supports touch operation with gloves or wet fingers, providing good usability across retail, logistics and service environments.

4G and Wi-Fi 6E connectivity. Wi-Fi 6E, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC and GNSS make the EA530 suitable for both indoor and mobile workflows. It is a versatile choice for retail, hospitality and logistics applications.
