CipherLab RK96 – a next-generation industrial mobile computer with Wi-Fi 7

High-capacity battery. The RK96 is equipped with a 7,000 mAh battery designed for long and intensive work shifts. The device is aimed at warehouse and logistics environments where the terminal is continuously used for scanning and data entry.

Very high performance. Android 15, with planned upgrade support up to Android 18, runs on a Qualcomm Q-6690 octa-core processor with speeds of up to 2.9 GHz. 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of Flash storage ensure fast performance with demanding applications, while microSD support allows expansion up to 2 TB.

Professional scanning. The RK96 is designed for intensive 1D/2D data capture and can be configured with scanning solutions tailored to different working distances. Its physical keypad design is particularly well suited for warehouse operations and terminal emulation workflows.

Industrial-grade durability. IP65 protection, standard drop resistance from 1.8 metres and up to 2.4 metres with a rubber boot help ensure reliability in demanding environments. The RK96 has also been tested for 1,000 tumbles from a height of 1 metre.

Easy to upgrade. The RK96 maintains a high level of compatibility with RK95 series accessories, allowing organisations to upgrade their device fleet without replacing their entire existing accessory infrastructure.
