2024 – the year we confidently pursued our goals! We strengthened our team, expanded our client base, introduced a new range of equipment, and prepared for major finishes and fresh starts ahead this year, says Vitalijus Garbauskas, our team leader.

Here’s a closer look at our year:

🟠 The year’s core focus – i.EKA.Our most significant and dynamic smart cash register project is reaching the finish line this year. We’ve already certified four smart cash registers and have been breaking internal records every month—upgrading nearly 5,000 registers to smart versions!

🟠 Expanding partnerships. We successfully delivered projects with Venipak, Lietuvos Paštas, #Norfa, #ExpressMarket, #ČiaMarket, #Koops, #Skuba—and that’s just a fraction of the list. Our manufacturer portfolio also grew with the addition of global technology solutions provider DENSO.

🟠 Helping retailers prepare for change. In response to the upcoming tobacco product display restrictions, we actively implemented smart tobacco dispensing solutions. By 2024, more than 70 of our tobacco vending machines were installed in stores.

🟠 Driving the self-service revolution. We continued the rollout of smart self-checkout systems and expanded our range to include self-service payment terminals with various designs and functionalities. We are now gearing up for a new milestone—the installation of payment terminals in healthcare institutions.

🟠 Enabling sustainability. We actively introduced solutions that help the retail sector operate more sustainably. We upgraded and expanded our lineup of #linerless label printers, weighing scales with integrated printers, and electronic shelf labels (#ESL).

🟠 Solving customer challenges. We assisted our clients 43,000 times, our engineers traveled 140,000 km to provide on-site support, and we serviced thousands of printers, scanners, and mobile computers.

🟠 Growing as a team. We strengthened and expanded our team, developed new competencies, learned together, and refined our teamwork skills.
