History
1991 Lithuanian and U.S. IT joint company “Sigma Americom” is established.
1992 “Sigma Americom” becomes the first IBM business partner in the Baltic States.
1993 “Sigma Americom” becomes the main and the only one distributor of the “Casio” electronic cash registers in Lithuania.
1994 Network of distribution and servicing of the cash registers is established by “Sigma Americom” in Lithuania.
2000 “Sigma Americom” changes the name to “Sintagma technika”.
2003 The contract is signed and the export of computerized cash registers created and certified by UAB “Sintagma technika” to Belarus begins.
ISO 9001-certified and compliant quality management system is established.
2007 “UAB Sintagma technika” is purchased from “UAB Sintagma” and both companies with the same historic name are company group no more.
2008 Shares of “Sintagma technika” are purchased by UAB “UCS Baltic”. UAB “Sintagma technika” becomes part of the “UCS Baltic” company group.
2009 UAB “Sintagma technika” changes the name to UAB “RASO”.
